В виду глюкавости Autohotkey-я и сложности его синтаксиса решил переписать свой clen на чём-то более вменяемом. Под java-у переносимых (хотя бы на пару платформ) библиотек для работы с клавиатурными хуками не нашёл. Если кто такие знает - срочно поделитесь. Затрачивать кучу энергии и писать нечто не переносимое чисто под Win32 API на С++ или на С# не охота. Тем более, что с клавиатурными хуками в Win32 API геморой.
Посему вопрос: кому то кроме меня самого показался clen удобным и полезным? Не охота просто тратить время на то, что кроме меня самого никому не будет надо.

Более того - оно компилицца и даже работает :) И VS 2005 и наконец работающий отладчик - огромное счастье после всех невзгод этого года :)
О грустном: пыталась давеча собрать ДЛЛку, волей случая написанную на ++, и поняла, что этот пункт из резюме, похоже, можно удалять ... я теперь не труЪ пацан ни разу :(
Хоть я его измором и взяла, в итоге :)

Если перед вами стоит задача написать небольшой кеш бизнес-данных на клиенте - не ведитесь. Рано или поздно у вас возникнет острая необходимость проходиться по кешу SQL запросами и написание небольшого кеша будет сведено к написанию свого SQL Server-а и репликации его с главным.

Кошмар, а не погода!!! Изнываю от жары, сил моих уже больше нет... Кот спит на улице в тени пальм, я сижу в доме и единственное спасенье - это душ!!! Ребенок тоже страдает от жары. Решила, что больше ни в коем случае на лето рожать не буду! Это просто невыносимо...

So I've another question. At the moment I'm working on my term-paper about different adaptions of The Importance of Being Earnest and I have to cite a lot of reviews in newspapers for it.
So would you write
Reviewer X from Newspaper Z says the play was great
or
Reviewer X from Newspaper Z said the play was great
I mean it's clearly past, but in our grammar-course we learned this 'Past utterance with present relevance'-stuff, like in "I went to the doctor yesterday, he says I'll be fine"
Would you consider these reviews as having present relevance? After all it's their opinion and it probably hasn't changed, but anyway using 'says' just sounds strange for me and I'd use past tense, although I couldn't really explain why.

Development Goals and Basic Accounts Last week we updated our development goals for 2008. Generally we noted a number of cool enhancements and investments to LiveJournal that we are working on, including improved search, usability, and site development. We also wanted to let you know how we hope to accomplish all these things, and how we plan on paying for them. In order to accomplish our stated goals for this year and beyond, we need to increase the revenue gained from both groups of LiveJournal accounts: paid subscription accounts and ad-supported accounts. As of August 28th, all users will be able to choose to downgrade their account to Basic through their Manage Account page. Additionally, we will start showing advertising to visitors who are not logged in to LiveJournal when they are looking at Basic Account journals and communities. I just read the phrase "each gave a sock reading of the role" in a movie-review. Does anybody know what that means? I didn't find anything via Leo.
(It's a text from the 1950s so the phrase might be a bit old-fashioned today)

Мы, team GRoboCode, вылетели на 6-м раунде из 7.
Итого, 92-е место. «Мы, конечно, круче Занзибара!»... Но могли бы быть гораздо лучше, если бы я переинициализировал карту.
Когда выложат карту, прогоню по ней поправленную версию.

На самом деле, было потрясающе. Люблю задавать себе подобные задачки - с минимальными шансами на успех. А было тяжело...да. Потому что я ещё ламер, как ни крути. Не хватает ни сил, ни техники. Вселяет надежду, что это - не синоним слова "лузер" :) И поэтому - точно не в последний раз. Пока я жива :)
И ещё. Люди, которые рядом в такие моменты, не могут быть плохими. Спасибо всем :)

третий день подряд, испытываю непреодолимое желание выбрить себе виски, покрасить волосы в огненно-рыжий, обвешаться фенечками и натянуть на себя самые потрепанные джинсы и тельняшку. с диким соблазном поглядываю на заманчивые ножницы, при помощи которых это все счастье можно осуществить. забросить все и всех, и забраться на какую-нибудь горку по выше к небу. Или брести по городу, изучая крыши. без дела и причины. Интересно, и чем это все закончиться?

Приезд свекрови прошел почти на ура. Вроде, все остались довольны - свекровь внуком, я отсутствием конфликтных ситуаций :))
Но бабушки все-таки одинаковы. Первая реакция бабушки, когда она увидала внука: "О! Вы уже шапочку не одеваете!!!". Да! Мы ее еще в роддоме сняли :)
Вчера Антошке исполнился месяц. Растет! Уже такой крупненький и пузатый!!! Ест, как не в себя. Уже смотрит внимательно и осмысленно, следит за предметами, иногда улыбается, но больше сам себе, каким-то своим ощущениям. Пару раз уже перевернулся с пуза на спину, но это все потому что червяк он ужасный, непоседа тот еще. Научился лежа на животе поднимать голову и приподниматься на локтях, а потом отталкивается рученками и перекидывается :)) Голову держать толком еще не держит, иногда поднимает ее из положения лежа, ну и иногда немного держит в вертикальных положениях. Но что интересно, что у него в положении лежа на животе автоматически открывается рот (как в поисках сиськи) и он тычется своим открытым ртом в кровать, как слепой котенок, который ищет мамку... смешно и удивительно.
